About Us
Bjørn Pettersen is a Senior Business Executive with more than 30 years’ experience and expertise in building high impact products and services for financial services and natural resources industries. Bjørn has worked with most major banks, insurance companies, and Wall Street firms, exchanges and regulators as well as two dozen fortune 100 companies. He has led more than 50 companies in transformations related to business strategy and operating models and merger integration.
Mr. Pettersen is an expert in the areas of capital markets, risk management and performance management and has held senior executive positions with several leading professional services firms where he managed complex global accounts as well as several consulting practices including risk management. Bjørn is also a former financial engineer/derivatives trader with real life experience managing complex risk exposures.
A global citizen with European passport and “green card” in the USA Bjorn speaks multiple languages including English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, some German. Bjørn lives in the New York area with his family. In his downtime he is a competitive outdoorsman and can be found endurance mountain bike racing, skiing and sailing when times permits.
John Castillo is a Senior Executive with almost 30 years experience and expertise in technology consulting, customer success and digital practice building for the financial services industry. John has worked with most major banks, insurance companies, investment and asset managers in the Fortune 500. He has deep experience in new digital, automation and analytics spaces and has helped many clients with their business priorities with transformational solutions.
John has expertise in the areas of capital markets, wealth management, risk management, retail banking and payments. He has also had senior executive positions with leading professional services firms where he managed large global accounts and helped to build and lead practices including Salesforce and Celonis.
Mr. Castillo lives in the New York Area with his family and is very community oriented and is a big supporter of volunteerism. He runs the board as president of a soccer club that services 1000 families in his community.
